Design Challenge: This website was created as part of a marketing campaign that resulted in a 29% increase in occupancy and a 12% rental increase over 3 years. In order to better reach their target market willing to pay a premium rent for a premium apartment and local, we developed an identity in tune with the properties natural surrounds that spoke to their prospective client’s needs. Corresponding print collateral including business cards, stationary, brochure, and fliers were created. The website was designed to effectively increase foot and online traffic. Our assistance in their marketing has allowed WoodRidge to consistently outperform their competitors.
